Payment
Payment is due on completion of your appointment. Some procedures require a deposit. If you are having surgery without insurance, payment must be made in full prior to surgery.
Making a payment online is quick and easy using internet banking or credit card.
Insurance
Many of our patients are able to use health insurance to help pay for their treatment. Policies and insurers vary significantly so it is important to check with your insurance about what and how much they will cover.
Urology Associates are an Affiliated Provider for Southern Cross Health Society. This means for most procedures we are able to organise prior approval, process the claim on your behalf and arrange payment directly through Southern Cross. If you are insured through Southern Cross, click here to submit your insurance policy details so we can arrange this on your behalf.
